The purposes of the Glass Lake Corporation are as follow:

(1) to maintain, preserve and enhance the value of Glass Lake and its lakefront properties;

(2) to acquire, own, hold, manage, lease, sell and convey such real or personal property and rights as may be necessary or desirable in carrying out the full purpose of the corporation; and, in general

(3) to advance and promote the interests of the members of the Glass Lake Preservation Corporation.
